- TATVA CHINTAN is a technology driven company. All the technologies for the products, being produced currently, have been developed in-house. The technologies are not only cost effective, but also give quality products, consistently with higher purity. TATVA CHINTAN has been investing aggressively in its R&D activities.
- Apart from developing the new technologies, the R&D efforts are also aimed at continuously upgrading the existing manufacturing techniques to improve the process, yield and quality.
- The pilot plant is equipped with glass assemblies, stainless steel (SS) reactors, centrifuges, filters, vacuum dryers, vacuum distillation unit, high pressure SS 316 autoclave etc. There are facilities to carry out reactions ranging from sub zero temperature to high temperature reactions.
- The scale-up studies to develop commercially feasible processes are done in pilot plants by a team of experienced scientists and chemists.
